Ingredients:
Terrapin Ridge Farms Raspberry Wasabi Mustard
3/4 lb. smoked salmon
24 (2x2-inch) slices of Pumpernickel cocktail bread
Fresh dill sprigs for garnish
Here’s how to do it:
Cut each slice of pumpernickel bread with 1 1/2-inch round cookie cutter.
Spread a small amount of Terrapin Ridge Raspberry Wasabi Mustard over each round.
Place the salmon over the Raspberry Wasabi Mustard and top with a sprig of fresh dill.
Serve at room temperature.
